Eligibility Criteria:
- Both Male/Female candidates can apply
- The scholarships are available for Master’s & Ph.D. programs
- All nationals of Pakistan’s are eligible to apply for the HEC Scholarship
- Candidates must not be enrolled in any other scholarship programs
- Candidates with a minimum of one-second division through their entire academic career can apply
